September Fitness Challenge Day 12

It’s tough working out. I did the Jillian Michaels Yoga workout and an Ab burner workout with my Nike Training Club App. It wasn’t easy but it felt good when I was all done.

Day 12 Tip: Get comfortable with being uncomfortable.

That’s what Jillian said during the yoga workout and it really stuck out to me. It’s uncomfortable and painful but if you want results you have to bear it.
